Starting at home in order to raise £2,400 for Leukaemia Care for the London Marathon in 2019 is where the journey began. Instead of asking people solely for donations, I put my baking skills to good use and all profits went to the charity. In 2 months I hit the target with help of TV personality Vikki Pattison advertising my brownies.
